What Does It Take for Teachers to Get Better?

Harry is the author of a new book called responsive teaching. He says it's about how teachers can get better by working together to improve student learning. Harry explains that he tried to break down techniques and give loads of examples for trainee teachers so they could learn from them. And then some advice kind of at the end is I think to do with trying to help people make it into a habit, writes Harry.
