The Racial Discrimination Act of Australia
Tim Stupomason is the Race Discrimination Commissioner at the Australian Human Rights Commission. The Racial Discrimination Act has existed in Australia since 1975. You have to take someone to federal court for violating your civil rights. It's a civil issue, not a criminal one.
