The Power of Stories

If you can't think of a story in the last week of something your business did to interact with your customer that is an example that you really cared about them, then I don't think it's happening. In fact, it has to be systematized throughout the organization for it to actually happen. If there are no stories that are happening, then we're not sharing and showing people that we care about them.
