The Importance of Habits

I've had a long struggle with this myself and it was really when I did this program called 75 Heart. It's everything that you would want to be doing for 75 days rightYeah exactly so for those listening who are not familiar it's just to write it just have two workouts a day one outside follow a clean diet take a progress picture read 10 pages etc. At the end of it say I didn't just complete a challenge I changed fundamentally my identity of I am now someone who does two or kids work on today I'm someone who reads 10 pages of that etc. So slowly but surely my my own self image changed to the point where I could set a goal for myself  and
