Carly Russell's 911 Call
Carly Russell was a nursing student at Jefferson State Community College. She also worked part-time at like a local day spa so she just finished work around 8 20 p.m. Carly lived with her parents I'm not sure if her brother and her brother's girlfriend all lived in the house too but it seems like her brother'sgirlfriend was at the house that night keep this in mind. This is about an hour after she gets off work she calls her brother'sirlfriend and tells her that she sees a small child on the side of the highway, turns on her hazard lights and starts slowly pulling over.
