Introduction

It's been quite a year, Darren. There's a lot that has gone on and I don't know about you but I feel that this year has had some pretty highs and some pretty big lows as well with regard to this topic. Even UFO Twitter in particular certainly goes through this kind of pattern of intense engagement and excitement and then almost this sort of period of grief because we're just not getting the progress that we want to see. But nevertheless progress is being made and we know very recently that the house passed a bill with some pretty strong language in it. Moving this ball further down the field and I'm very excited about what might come from thatbut even with that said we're still
