How Much Fatigue Do You Feel Like You're Carrying?
I was able to because of my fitness, enjoy the climb. I would argue that's why you want to be fit. You can kind of have your head up looking around at what you've been working so hard to get to. How much weight did you lose? I think about 15 pounds, probably. Have you put that back on since he got? Yeah,. I started back into I do like a strength workout twice a week and maybe a little bit of like running some mild cardio and it's coming back.
