I might actually set aside time to watch the Spider-Verse because I know I've heard of all the like little propaganda things they put in there. There's clearly an element of we must inject our ideology into this but I'm wondering if they did it in a way where it's like oh we can scrub this for our international audiences and make sure that everything's fine and packaged. They're either repackaging old heroes or they're repackaging the same old ideas or not old ideas with different creative veneers on it. It's just shallow storytelling and shallow values and they don't resonate with people, then they take the old heroes and try to prop themselves up and it
