Uber had an inhouse system that we built, and it's a work floor system for the most part. It is just a data base, and thits a really dumb one. See, it's like a c r m for salespeople, i guess. But it's the equivalent fo hiring people, right? Pretty much. And unlets be honest, like, it is quite a lot of work filtering out hundreds of resumes. Even the most disciplined recruiters are going to get a little bit tired and here and there.
