Antonin Scalia's Opposition to the Constitution
Chief Justice Roberts wrote an opinion that was apolitical and deserves a much praise for its statement shit. Antonin Scalia at oral argument asks the government lawyers, doesn't this mean that the government could make you buy broccoli? And this caught on to the point where Roberts includes it like implicitly in his opinion. He might be one of the better examples of just how deeply poisoned the brains of otherwise smart people become once their lawyers brains.
