What Do You Think About Change of Direction?

Change of direction drills, compared to linear sprinting, one is more taxing than the other. If i'm a good athlete, i can apply multiple movement strategies for the same result. So ye ik, like i trid try to train to be awesome, and i trained myself out of athleticism because of that. I limited my body's ability to have both. And that's where i think you can't get stuck on one side of the fence just by taking steel photos at any given snapshot. It doesn't matter wheen it's coming from, doesn't matter.
