The Dynamic of Gold in the Emerging Market
I think it's important for people to ask what happens if the dollar loses its status as the global, as the global reserve currency. I did this for every central bank in the world. A lot of the EMs have a lot of gold relative to the amount of money. And so when you head up all this money printed and you have an area that didn't do it, bad money seeks good. The big problem is what do you do as a US investor about China? It seems to me like investors are going to wake up one day and just be like, this is not sustainable anymore.
