Joy Behar: You have a solemn responsibility as a journalist. It's one thing if you're reporting fair comment, it's another thing if you embrace that as fact and deliver that to your audience. She says Fox News will pay the price for knowing falsity or reckless disregard in its coverage of the election. The company is asking for more than $1 billion because they say their business has been damaged by the story.
