Is There a Good Reason to Help Someone?

There's no good rit thre's peter, at least i should say, there's no good reason to distinguish between them and that is the fact that they're genetically related. But why would the accident of being genetically relatedi a distant way, have i mean, why should you help anybody, period? Right? I mean, at some level io, it goes down to brut intuition.
