Kaiser Health System is working on updating the surgical prophylaxis or preop order set. If I had a dollar for every time I thought in my career that I should have gone back and gotten an informatics degree, some knowledge of coding language. We could do better than just a blanket approach of either avoid Cephalosporins or not. But all this to say, I really encourage listeners if you're interested in this area and you haven't done a lick in the space, but you're trying to start somewhere that would probably give you the best bang for your buck.
