Transition is not yet adequate but a lot better than we currently have. People like Larry Lessig who you know constitutional lawyers and focused on these issues have identified a handful of issues that they see as being able to make the US federal government smarter, less stupid and less corrupt. That's what I would call a transitional solution whereas how do we rebuild a digital democracy from scratch there's a totally different kind of structure which is a long term solution.
