Product Managers - You Know if There's a Huge Opportunity There'll Be a Blind Spot

You should be actively looking for areas of opportunity and figuring out how to get them on the company's roadmap. If you're not working on the highest value things then it won't be well received by your leadership team. You need to think about how your work is going to impact the product, especially if you're a generalist PM. Practice being able to explain these things to people that don't have any context so within your company people probably know the answer to these these questions they can kind of they understand your scope.
