What Are Some Predisposing Factors for Planer Fiscia Pain?
Do not always assume, oh, i have foot pan it must be plantefaciitis. There's a lot of othem factors. I think the other big differential outside of the foot itself is nerve pain. So all the way up to your spine, there are things that can be leading to pain that feels pretty exactly like planer facia pain. But if you've tried all these things on your own and it's not getting better, that's were seen somebody who can screen kind of ford these outlying scenarios of foot pain can be helpful.
