How to Give Time to Everyone
This was the first year I really had to, um, pay attention to giving time to everyone. The biggest thing is a little bubble at the bottom that says meet with mom. Once a week, everybody sits down and we look at what are we missing consistently or what are we doing well in? And that's, that's been a huge help for me. We just flow in and out of being together and then disappearing to do readings and then coming back together.
