Living in a High Cost of Living Area?

i was born in jamaica but i literally feel like new york has been my home, because i came here when i was about two years old. So there's an advantage to that. Like, i've grown, this is all i've known is New York and specifically brooklyn and this high cost of living area. We have three kids, and family is really important. And support with having kids and being on to pernuer now, and youno, my husband being a teacher.
