How Do You Use the Idea of Concrete in Coaching?

I'm curious are there any ways in which you've kind of used this idea of concrete examples and deconstructions thereof within that training I'd love to hear about it. So really yeah really good example written these modules with what I've written them like Josh Kildrich had given me loads of really good feedback we're gonna go and trial them so although then they've ended up as online models. We literally went to like be the online model and work with a bunch of coachesWe only did it with like half a dozen coaches and by on the first person was like oh do you know what the the model but so each training bit had like some stuff to read a like a model
