A pair of earthquakes destroyed or leveled a number of towns and cities in Turkey. Over 300,000 buildings are destroyed, damaged beyond repair or slated for demolition. The amount of rubble to be collected is 200 million tons. That's roughly 10 times the amount of rubble that covered Warsaw at end of Second World War.
