In 90% of local businesses there will be a major business disruption in the next five years. Yet they are only investing ten per cent of resources to currently get ahead of it. So my belief, personally, is that you should be doing everything you can to get ahead of the curve by setting up new capabilities and taking on new segments or parts of the business. And how can i control my gender, wriht my gender, lead versus manage, fix before broken? I think it's incredibly important for a leader to do.
