If we don't rebuild institutions that incorporate alienated working-class people increasingly high school educated african-americans and aspanics who are leaking over into the populist right, he says. Clint: The theme of all of my work both the new class war and hell to pay is that we have to put negotiation in consensus back at the center of politics and democracy.
