Hiking on the Pacific Crest Trail

Is there a place people who do hikes like this gather to hang out and talk about it? There's a Pacific Crest Trail subreddit, which I've been hanging out on a ton. But really, I think most of the activity is going to be in a Facebook group as everything that used tobe in a forum nowadays is going toBe in aFacebook group. It's deeply upsetting. You have 2,600 miles to get them to switch to Discord. That's the job.
