In 2018, the American Psychological Association developed APA guidelines for psychological practice with boys and men. Boys tend to skew towards engineering and figuring things out manually. Women are more inclined to notice patterns and develop connections. This is why historically who's on the front lines in any conflict,. it's usually young men, 18-year-olds, 19-year- olds, 20-year-old - because their brains are not fully yet developed. It's the role of testosterone and aggression as trying to protect and take care of them.
