Are You Expecting to Lose a Base Within a Game?
I would say I think it depends a little bit on the situation you find yourself in. There are there's room for overloading the officers box if you're going to be burning a lot of warriors anyways. You lose half of your officers every time a base is removed. Even just to be able to take a hit if you do lose a base, like if you're playing a little bit looser, you can take that hit and survive.
