Many organizations that have set metrics on diversity goals, and the ben gone as far as setting up bona structures to bring in talent. I really struggle with the idea of motivating, incenting, paying people to do the right thing. In my mind, we should not have to pay someone to do their job,. And their includes being receptive to and opening the aperture through which we see talent. If you the only way you can get your executives to hire a consider and then higher diverse talent is if you bonus them, then you have a cultural problem. It's a problem. This is a mind set shift.
