The Importance of Diet and Exercise

Diet and exercise are two different things but they're both important. Exercise is good to help keep your lean, your lean mass up while you're losing weight with the diet. So me getting leaner when I was doing all that exercise that I've been doing is mainly because I'm actually eating this. It depends again if you're exercising at like Olympic levels.
