There is a lot of variation in those sorts of things and fretland has historically had its strongholds in the east. CNR-T is more widely spread, Shenanah's home district is Manituto which is just to the east of Dilly and that's where C NR-T pulled stronger. There is quite a bit of regional variation having said that you still see swings which are pretty much nationwide like an Australian election.
