Is There a Domino Effect?

A lot of people don't know that there were social mandates and intra structures in communities all over our count where the those that held financial power, specifically banks, real state developers, decided where people of color could live or couldn't live. You couldn't get aloan to buy a house in a particular neighborhood. It just was a domino effect that established perpetual poverty among people of color. I have no words that its painful to rand.
