Apple's Commitment to China - Is This a Good Explanation?
Tim Cook appeared at the tooling in ceremony for the new TSMC plant in Arizona. He spoke along with President Joe Biden about how Apple Silicon chips will be made there. It's unclear when they will actually be used in products, we don't know. But by the time this factory comes online, it's probably not going to be making anything remotely like the cutting edge designs that Apple uses for its most important products.
