If theyre some smaller mustle groups, like you gut do dolt and arms, absolutely that'ud be no problem. But if you're picking large ones, like your back as a whole, like that's quate, a big mussle group so you probably wouldn't be able to do or it depends on the person. If we're just talking about results, it's probly worth con dering just sticking to balanced training if that's all you need to grow.
