Do DDAVP Clamps Work?

I want to ask more about the DDAVP clamp in just a second, but you mentioned something that I don't think we oftentimes use that often. Can you tell me a little bit more about how urea packets work and why they might be helpful? So if you go back to our math before, if you're giving the patient urea packets, that then becomes solute that they have to excrete. And so you can help them to excrete free water, bringing your sodium up when it's done in conjunction with the fluid restriction.
