How to Communicate Your Product Strategy Effectively
The challenge is that you must have an excellent product strategy, but unless you do a great job of selling it as well, it becomes people won't know how great strategies are. There are five key areas you need to remember. One is focusing on what's important. Second is, make sure that the communicating strategy and not the road map. The third is socialize the strategy bell in advance so that you are also minimizing surprises. And the fifth one is making sure that the strategy is opinionated.
