Do You Have More Capacity to Do This?
Every sing time we add something to a team, whether it be a slight change in direction, a new process, a new product line, a new service, whatever it is. We do not operate by adding to a teama the right stuff, the right processes, than what we do as we start to diminish their capacity. When you get distracted with the next shiny thing, unfortunately, the ent siasm in your team gets diluted because the energy is being pulled away. Before we know it, drift has occurred. You end up in a very special place that we call the leadership crazy cycle.
