Is It a Mis Hit?

When a power hitter gets jammed, breaks his bat and bloops a single, the announcers will usually say something like, he's so strong. While it's true that if he had less strength, the ball would have been caught in the infield. It's only the strength of the hitter that allows it to travel as far as it does. But i don't think you could be stronger, realistically, and propel it much farther than that.
