Automate Your Work Focus Using Short Cuts

When you've defined a focus, you can then make an automation in short cuts that is triggered when you either enter and or exit that focus mode. So i basitly have my work focus come on at nine o'clock in the morning and then go off at midday, i think. And then it comes back on from one until five p m. As well as killing the wife, i on my eye pad - for productivity reasons,. because it's the best way i get things done.
