Is a Machine Able to Be Creative?

In the past, i thought this was absolutely impossible. But now there's an opportunity for code to surprise us and produce something of value that we might have missed. This is a change where code is now being written in a very bottom up manner. It's a something we call machine learning, deep learning. And it gives us the potential for code to become something very different from the original human who coded it. That one depends very much on period of history, where you are in the world. So i think that those two things are the things which are quite hard, perhaps, for a machine to learn....
