What Was the Worst Deal?
The worst thing that ever happened to us was we a bought a million dollar deal and sent the deed to the county where the deal was located. It litrally got lost in the mail. Someone stole it. We had absolutely nothing to show for it. So we learned to then put in a new procedure, as i mentioned earlier, and require signatures for everything we were delivering to the court house from that day.
