Are You Building a Product Market Fit?
One of the big question mark for a lot of dows is who are ou users? And so i think one of the big things that i want to get at is what is different, or perhaps, like, are ther different frameworks we need to be thinking about for organizations that are still finding product market fit. The way i think about this is that if you're building something from scratch, you're on a search for the fit between the problem that you're trying to solve and your customer target. So there's a lot of blurred lines that aren't present when you just have a designer, an engineer and a product person around the table trying to create something without that customer contact.
