How Do You Deal With Your Clients in the C Suite Who Are Afraid to Change Their Mind?
How do you deal with your clients who are afraid to change their minds and potentially lose the trust of their companies and their employees? That's such an important question. It is a big reality in my work because fundamentally what that is going to lead to if I'm trying to build a capacity for changing one's mind, we're ultimately talking about culture change. So culture change starts with shifts in mindsets, which lead to shifts in behaviors, which eventually to culture change. And it doesn't happen overnight.
