What Is Seasonal Effective Disorder?

Seasonal effective disorder is associated with depression and it is related to seasonal variations in light. This proportionately affects adults and children with ADHD. Sad impacts 10 to 20% of the population in damn Nordic countries. As seasons change, there's a shift in our circadian rhythm due partly because of the changes in sunlight patterns. Juggling these variables can be challenging and make it difficult to enjoy the season period.
