What Are the Challenges or Opportunities That Open Up to You?
I think the biggest challenge is just the church way of understanding church that we've all been steeped. And then when when new people turn up, no matter what their experience, they've got expectations of what church life should be. Soi i feel the weight of wanting this to be a true communal thing. But because we are still relatively young, there's still a big sense that it needs me. Part of my project at the moment is to work us to a point where i could walk away and it would survive and thrive. Ahso that's my next five year projectthing.
