The Liquidity Phase of the Cycle Is Over, It's Time for Banking Solvency to Come to the Fore Now

Barry Norris of Argonaut says it's time for banking solvency to come to the fore. The thing that really brings about a collapse in the banking system is when real estate assets across the board are going down. And I don't think we're there yet, personally. A lot of what has driven the sentiment in the week and it's simply that they were required to hold lots of low interest rate assets.
