Moving That Torchlight of Attention Upwards Now
Just allow attention to rest on the lower half of the body. Is there a sense air of steadiness, of being grounded? And now moving that torchlight of attention upwardswards. So keeping a sense of the feet in the background, but moving up now to include asense of the lower leg particula. Also notice any movement as you move up the torsos including the chest and the upper part of the back. Finally noticing the head as it's balanced on the top of the spine.
