This program leans more towards strength, right? More towards like powerlifting style. It's very close to the foundational exercises that are in anabolic or your staple movements. But this has a lot more bodybuilder-esque exercises inside of it. Partially reps are an intensity amplifier because what you'll find with training to failure is at some point, you need to make the intensity even higher.
