When i was a kid, gregg, people were very alarmed about nuclear weapons. If the soviets had not agreed to remove missiles that they had placed in cuba, i think we would have had a thermo nuclear war. The way things are set up now, both sides have an existential interest in the war. Until the united states drops its intent and the belief that it can change the regime in russia, we're only going to see escullation.
