He asked himself: What's missing such that I can't take this beautiful comprehensive work and fix all problems with it? When you talk about being human, a company is full of people and people have got weirdnesses, right? People are all ski-wompous shaped things. And we make procedures in bureaucracies assuming that people are nice, round, spherical, smooth things - they're not.
