Adapting to a Higher Training

There's always some adaptations occurring. Like, for example, there are some muscular endurance adaptations that happen when doing like higher reps and stuff like that. But I do think something you said the way they phrased it earlier is probably true: A lot of those are end up increasing what you think of as like work capacity. So they don't have like in a high hypertrophy stimulus adaptive type of effect. They have more like I can do a lot of I can doA lot of work of this stuff type of Effect. You probably are already treating achieving that threshold for maximizing the hypertrophy outcomes without doing all that extra work.
